2 In cases where only the sport has been indicated, the disclosure alone does not mean that a doping violation has been established in the sport. In such cases, the task of the Doping Committee / Doping Appeals Committee is to determine whether a possible anti-doping rule violation has been committed within the framework of the doping procedure after the conclusion of the preliminary review procedure.
