As part of the Hungarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, a meeting of the Directors of Sport of the Member States of the European Union took place in Budapest on 11-12 July 2024. The main topics of the meeting were the legacy of major world sporting events and health-enhancing physical activity, which also highlight the importance of doping control and the need to improve the effectiveness of anti-doping activities.
