Between 24-25 October 2024, the Hungarian National Anti-Doping Organisation (HUNADO) organised the Central European Anti-Doping Organization (CEADO) Education Workshop, which focused on the development of anti-doping education programmes. The event brought together education managers from anti-doping organisations in the region to share experiences and discuss key challenges.
The aim of the workshop was for participants to jointly develop effective strategies to raise anti-doping awareness and improve education programmes for minor athletes and coaches.
The workshop was a great success, with participants agreeing that strengthening cooperation in Central Europe is essential to increase the effectiveness of the fight against doping. The next steps include the launching of joint projects and the continuous sharing of experiences to further help the protection and development of athletes in the region.
