During the last 2 months of the Ineligibility period, or the last quarter of the Ineligibility period if it is less than 2 months, the Athlete may use the facilities of his/her sports federation and participate in its training and training camps.
Since the proceeding has resulted in the suspension of the Athlete's competition licence, the Athlete may regain his/her licence after the expiry of the Ineligibility period.
In the event that an Athlete who has been banned wishes to return to sport after the expiry of the Ineligibility period, he/she must declare to the National Anti-Doping Organisation (HUNADO) whether he/she wishes to continue his/her sporting activities after the Ineligibility period.
As a condition for return, the Athlete must:

HUNADO may also decide to require the Athlete subject to a period of Ineligibility to provide whereabouts information, of which the athlete will be notified separately in writing.

If an Athlete retires from sport while subject to a period of Ineligibility, the Athlete must notify the Anti-Doping Organization that imposed the Ineligibility period in writing of such retirement. If the Athlete then wishes to return to active competition in sport, the Athlete shall not compete in International Events or National Events until the Athlete has made himself or herself available for Testing by giving six-months prior written notice (or notice equivalent to the period of Ineligibility remaining as of the date the Athlete retired, if that period was longer than six (6) months) to HUNADO and to their International Federation.
