NOTICE
on doping penalties1 and ongoing proceedings in sport2
Valid from 12 december 2025
The sanctions imposed are automatically binding in all countries and within the systems of all sports federations that are Signatories to the World Anti-Doping Code. Establishing any form of professional relationship with Athletes who are subject to a ban is prohibited, meaning they may not perform coaching, sport-management, or similar functions within the organizational structure of any sports federation. Athletes who cooperate in a professional capacity with such individuals commit an anti-doping rule violation under Article 2.10 (‘Prohibited Association’) of the HUNADO Anti-Doping Rules.

2 In cases where only the sport has been indicated, the disclosure alone does not mean that a doping violation has been established in the sport. In such cases, the task of the Doping Committee / Doping Appeals Committee is to determine whether a possible anti-doping rule violation has been committed within the framework of the doping procedure after the conclusion of the preliminary review procedure.
