INFORMATION FOR ATHLETES DURING AND AFTER THEIR INELIGIBILITY PERIOD

During the last 2 months of the Ineligibility Period - in the last quarter of the Ineligibility Period if it is less than 2 months - the Athlete may already use the facilities of the sports federation and participate in training and training camps. Once an athlete’s competition licence is suspended during the proceedings, he or she may regain it after the ineligibility period has expired. In the event that an Athlete subject to a Prohibition wishes to return to his or her sporting activities after the end of the Penalty, he or she must declare to the National Anti-Doping Organization (HUNADO) whether he or she wishes to continue sporting activities after the expiration of the Prohibition.
